⚡ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Carrying out mechanical installation, maintenance, repairs and overhauls

- Working on pumps, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, valves and hydraulic systems

- Performing preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance

- Mechanical fault finding and breakdown repairs

- Equipment installation, alignment and commissioning

- Assisting with plant upgrades and equipment modifications

- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and maintenance documentation

- Supporting project, shutdown and maintenance activities

- Working safely and efficiently to meet project schedules

- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and workmanship

️ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The successful applicants will have:

- Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualification





- Proven experience in fixed plant maintenance, mechanical fitting or industrial projects

- Current driver's licence

- Current Working at Heights ticket — obtained within the last 2 years

- Current Confined Space Entry ticket — obtained within the last 2 years

- Current Construction White Card

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening

- Strong commitment to safety, reliability and quality workmanship

⭐ HIGHLY REGARDED

- High Risk Work Licence – Rigging

- Forklift Licence

- EWP Licence

- Gas Test Atmospheres

- Experience with fixed plant

- Experience in mining, mineral processing, manufacturing, refinery or heavy industrial environments
