Working alongside our Service Manager, office staff and technicians, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Booking and scheduling service jobs
- Entering and updating customer and job information
- Coordinating with technicians and keeping them updated throughout the day
- Assisting with customer follow-ups and enquiries
- Filing and maintaining accurate records
- Processing paperwork and service documentation
- Supporting the Service Department with general day-to-day tasks
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Has a current and valid Drivers License
- Has a friendly and approachable personality
- Is organised and able to multitask
- Has good attention to detail
- Is confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Has valuable computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Takes initiative and isn't afraid to ask questions
Previous office or administration experience is an advantage, but not essential. This role would suit a school leaver, someone starting their first office job, or anyone looking to develop their administration skills.
