About You

As our Safety Health Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager you will lead the strategic development,



implementation and continuous improvement for Transdev Sydney Ferries safety management system. Your expertise in the field will help drive a proactive safety culture that manages WHS and maritime risks and ensure strict regulatory compliance is fostered by our people in our highly unionised maritime environment.

What You’ll Do

- Strategic System Management: Designing and deploying comprehensive WHS strategies, programs, and standards that align with the Corporate Safety Strategy and maintain crucial management system certifications.
- Culture & Collaboration: Fostering a robust safety culture by coaching and mentoring personnel at all levels and ensuring meaningful consultation with operational staff and stakeholders to embed safety practices onboard vessels.
