Your new role

With multiple roles available in Launceston and Wesley Vale, as Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day planning, coordination and delivery of major AI infrastructure construction projects. Based on site, you will be the key link between project delivery teams, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities will include

- Lead the day-to-day delivery of critical data centre infrastructure projects, coordinating multiple work fronts, subcontractors and specialist installation teams
- Develop and manage work plans, schedules and construction sequencing to ensure milestone and commissioning targets are achieved
- Coordinate site resources, logistics, permits, materials and equipment to maintain productivity and work-front readiness
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and delays and implement recovery actions to keep work on schedule
- Ensure all installations are completed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards and project requirements
- Coordinate inspections, testing,



commissioning and handover activities to support successful project delivery and operational readiness
- Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with site procedures, quality requirements and regulatory obligations.
- Prepare progress reports and work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and technical stakeholders to resolve issues and deliver successful project outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Previous experience managing construction projects, site teams or critical infrastructure works
- Strong experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple concurrent activities
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documentation
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience using project management software such as MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam or similar platforms.

Experience delivering projects within data centres, telecommunications, fibre optic and network infrastructure, critical MEP environments, major industrial or infrastructure projects and other fast-paced, complex construction settings will be highly regarded.
