Your new role

As Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the delivery of large-scale AI infrastructure projects, overseeing daily activities and coordinating subcontractors, technicians and trade personnel on site. Based on-site, you'll ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with project schedules, specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include

- Supervising day-to-day construction and installation activities
- Coordinating subcontractors, technicians and trade personnel
- Planning weekly look-ahead schedules and implementing daily work plans
- Monitoring productivity, progress and resource utilisation
- Conducting toolbox talks and promoting a strong safety culture
- Coordinating inspections, testing and commissioning activities
- Managing logistics, materials and equipment movement on site
- Working closely with engineers,



suppliers and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A trade qualification, technical certificate or equivalent practical experience
- Previous experience supervising construction, installation or infrastructure projects
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and site-based work crews
- The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
- Solid communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach to safety, quality and productivity.

Experience in data centre construction and fit-out projects, telecommunications, fibre optic or network infrastructure installations, MEP and other critical infrastructure environments, as well as industrial, oil and gas, marine, or other fast-paced construction and deployment projects will be highly regarded.
