As social platforms continue to change the way brands communicate, we’re looking for someone who understands both the creative thinking and hands-on production required to create standout content. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Social & Content Creative, you’ll help shape and produce creative work across social and digital channels for a portfolio of well-known brands. You’ll develop original concepts for social campaigns and always-on content, turning ideas into storyboards, visual mock-ups, presentations and content that can be taken directly into production.



This is a varied creative role where you won’t just come up with the idea , you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in bringing it to life.

You could be creating social assets one day, capturing content during a shoot the next and editing short-form video for Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn shortly afterwards. Working alongside strategists, designers, creatives and account teams, you’ll consider how brands can show up in interesting and relevant ways across different platforms, while keeping an eye on changing audience behaviours, formats and cultural trends. You’ll also have the freedom to explore AI and emerging creative technology, using new tools to support ideation, visual development and content production.

While social and content will be at the heart of your role, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute creatively to broader campaigns, bringing your digital and social perspective into larger brand ideas.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

- 5 years experience within creative, social or content-focused roles
- Previous experience working within an agency environment
- A portfolio demonstrating social-first creative work for established or recognised brands




- Strong conceptual thinking alongside excellent visual judgement and attention to detail
- A strong understanding of how creative needs to adapt across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging social platforms
- Confidence getting hands-on with content creation, including capturing social content during shoots and identifying opportunities for quick-turnaround content
- Experience creating storyboards, mock-ups, presentations and visual concepts
- Working knowledge of short-form video editing platforms such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar
- An understanding of when content can be created quickly in-house and when a specialist creator, production team or external partner is required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to share and sell creative ideas
- A genuine interest in culture, social trends, new technology and evolving creative formats
- Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys actually creating things, not just coming up with the concept
