ABOUT THE ROLE The Social, Content & Partnerships Coordinator is a hands-on role at the centre of how SLICKHAIR shows up through its organic channels. You'll bring the brand to life across every platform, from Meta and TikTok through to Pinterest, YouTube and Substack. You'll schedule and publish content, manage the online community and keep every channel engaging, consistent and always evolving.

You'll coordinate influencer gifting from start to finish, as well as manage the UGC creator program. You’ll ensure that content represents the brand, whilst building genuine relationships with the creators behind it. You'll support photoshoots, campaign launches and activations, capturing crucial brand moments and product launches as they go live.

No two days look the same!

Key areas of responsibility include

- Social Media Management: You'll schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and other channels, keep the content calendar on track and write captions that sound like us, all while staying on top of trends and platform updates.
- Community Management: You'll respond to comments, DMs and questions across every platform, build genuine relationships with our audience and step in on customer service issues when needed.
- Content Coordination: You'll coordinate product samples for creators and campaigns, source and organise UGC, manage ShopMy for our US creators and support photoshoots with prep,



shot lists and logistics.
- Influencer & Creator Management: You'll find new creators who fit the brand, run gifting campaigns start to finish and keep our influencer relationships and reporting up to date.
- Brand Support: You'll support product launches and marketing campaigns, help coordinate events, activations and PR opportunities.

Twelve months from now, SLICKHAIR's social channels are consistently active and unmistakably on-brand. The community around them is bigger, more engaged and genuinely positive. Creator content is flowing at a higher volume and better quality than ever, with gifting campaigns running smoothly.

You've become the person the team turns to when the content pipeline needs filling, and the campaigns you've helped bring to life add real value to the brand and its customers.

ABOUT YOU

You live and breathe social media - you understand why content performs and what actually captures attention. You know what's trending before your friends do, and you genuinely love the beauty industry.

You're excited by the idea of joining a fast-growing brand where you'll learn quickly and take on real responsibility from day one. You're not afraid of hard work and you thrive when you can see the direct impact of what you do. You like being in the room with a team, bouncing around ideas and celebrating the wins together. You're organised and proactive, taking ownership without waiting to be asked. You're up for the occasional trip for a photoshoot, an event or a retailer launch.

You'll have 2-3 years' experience in social media, content or marketing, a genuine eye for aesthetics and brand consistency, plus the confidence to talk to influencers and creators like you already know them. Bonus points if you can shoot and edit short-form video, know your way around Canva or basic Adobe tools or have used platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, GRIN or Aspire.
