Papaya is a PR and social media agency with an extensive line-up of clients in the food, beverage and health space.
Keen to join an award-winning and energetic team? We’re looking for someone who loves creating content for both Instagram and TikTok. With a huge amount of ownership, this role is highly creative and practical, where you will create delicious food and beverage content for a variety of clients – a dream role for a foodie.
Our ideal candidate has experience filming food content, an intimate understanding of social media platforms, knows the type of copy that works on social, and has basic graphic design skills or an eye for styling.
You will have 3-4 years’ of experience (agency experience is a bonus!).
About the Role:
You’ll lead and deliver marketing campaigns for a portfolio of food, hospitality and health brands. This role blends strategy, account management and hands-on execution and requires someone who can manage complex projects end-to-end.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day content creation for a suite of food and beverage brands
- Prepare and shoot recipe videos in our studio kitchen
- Build & maintain strong client relationships
- Lead photoshoots & content production
- Manage content calendars, scheduling and community management for clients
- Contribute to Meta and Tik Tok advertising

About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 3 years in a similar role, ideally within agency
- Working knowledge of Canva
- Personality plus!
- An ability to think outside the square
- A love of all things digital
- Comfortable behind and in front of the camera
- Solid copywriting skills
- Excellent visual skills & basic graphic design a bonus
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A love of cooking and an interest in women’s health a bonus
