Role Overview
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to take senior ownership of Finder's social presence — the strategy, the day-to-day execution, and the results. This is a hands-on role: you'll be the person actually shipping the calendar, the copy and the content, while also owning the strategic direction and franchise bets. You'll also manage a Social Video Producer, partnering closely with them on bigger video work.

Main Responsibilities
- Own the cross-platform social strategy — channel priorities, franchise bets, and how social supports Finder's Growth goals.
- Write the hooks, captions and copy that earn the click and the share, and create posts, carousels and trend-driven content daily.
- Brief, prioritise and give the creative direction and feedback that levels up our Social Video Producer's work.
- Negotiate and manage paid influencer and creator relationships end-to-end, and grow owned communities like Facebook Groups.
- Be the first point of escalation for reputational risk on social, knowing when to pull in Comms or Legal.
- Be accountable for multi-platform follower, view and engagement growth, reporting progress to the GM of Growth.
Essential Requirements
- Experience in social media or content, working with autonomy.
- Track record growing an audience on major platforms.
- Comfortable with scheduling tools and analytics.
- Experience managing or mentoring a report.
- Experience managing creator partnerships.
- Sharp instincts across copy, design and video.
