Airpower is a Northern Territory owned and operated construction and agricultural machinery dealership that has serviced the Territory for over 50 years. Our main brands include Kubota, Hyundai, Ammann, Merlo and Greenworks.
We are currently seeking to employ an experienced parts interpreter is commitment to staying in the Territory long term and wants to grow with our business. The role would suit someone who is mechanically minded, organised and who is ready to support their team with a can-do attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Assisting customers with front counter, telephone & email parts enquiries.
- Accurately identifying the customers parts requirements.
- Quoting, invoicing and processing payments.
- Receipting stock and processing supplier invoices.
- Maintaining data in our system to ensure stock levels and locations are correct.
- Liaising with the workshop and sales department to ensure maintenance and new sales requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Following OH&S; procedures and working in a safe manner at all times.
- Prepare for and participate in annual stock takes.
- Assisting in all tasks in the running of the Spare Parts Department.
- Other tasks that may be requested by management from time to time.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience in parts interpretation.
- Basic mechanical understanding.
- Legible handwriting.
- Must work well in a small team and have positive interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail particularly when dealing with long number sequences.
- Current driver’s license, preferably able to drive a manual.
- Current NT or equivalent forklift operator's license (Desirable)
- Computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to physically work and lift safely.
