We are a client-centred organisation, supporting the community throughout Barwon, Wimmera, and the South West regions, offering a range of specialist support services to people impacted by sexual and family violence, encompassing 24 hour crisis care, specialist response services, early intervention programs, Victims Assistance Program, Community Legal Services, trauma recovery programs, professional training and primary prevention initiatives.

About The Role

This position is primarily responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and support on daily operations to a team of specialist family violence case managers.



The role supports the delivery of consistent and high-quality services to clients; and is responsible for upholding and evolving a positive team culture with outstanding skilled qualities.The Specialist Family Violence Team Leader will proactively build specialist evidence-based family violence knowledge and capability across the workforce and provide support to staff in the Case Management Team. The Specialist Family Violence Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that regular professional supervision is provided to Case Managers on a fortnightly or systematic basis. The supervision will encompass both administrative and clinical aspects of case management understand; continuing to a coulter of reflective practice and continued development in skills and knowledge.

The position reports to Southwest Operations Manager - Access, Family Violence & Accommodation.
