We’re a friendly, collaborative multidisciplinary paediatric practice based in Birtinya on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, with a clinic that even comes with water views!

Our team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants who work together to help children thrive. We believe great therapy happens when clinicians have the right support, enjoy coming to work, and have the opportunity to learn from each other.

? About the RoleWe’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our growing team on a full-time or part-time basis.

You’ll work with children presenting with a wide range of communication and feeding needs, including:

- Speech sound and articulation difficulties
- Language and communication disorders
- Literacy needs
- Fluency
- Voice
- Feeding and swallowing
- AAC

Your days will include a mix of individual and small-group therapy, assessments, collaboration and clinical problem-solving. You’ll develop personalised therapy plans, track progress and adapt your approach to help each child achieve meaningful goals. Most importantly, you won’t be doing it alone.

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with families, teachers, OTs, physios, AHAs and other professionals, sharing ideas and creating consistent strategies that support children across their home, school and community environments.

? What You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who:

- Has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology/Speech-Language Therapy from an accredited institution
- Is eligible for or currently registered with Speech Pathology Australia (or an equivalent professional body)
- Experience assessing and treating paediatric communication and speech sound disorders
- Knowledge and practical skills in paediatric feeding and swallowing/dysphagia
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Communicates warmly and effectively with children, families, schools and other professionals
- Values evidence-based, child- and family-centred practice
- Can manage a caseload while maintaining high-quality clinical documentation
- Is curious, enthusiastic and keen to keep learning
