MacKillop Family Services is seeking a House Manager ITC in Blacktown, NSW to deliver high-quality therapeutic care for vulnerable young people in Intensive Therapeutic Care. You will lead and supervise the ITC Youth Work team, collaborate with the Therapeutic Specialist, Caseworker, and Coordinator, and support healing from trauma within a respectful, trauma-informed framework.
