Description

As a State Compliance & Implementation Manager (SCIM), the role requires you to act as the Samsung product, security and fixture expert across all MX retail channels. The role of the SCIM will focus on empowering the field team to take full responsibility of the customer product experience, within their region, with a key focus on display compliance, to assist the conversion of customer consideration to purchase, driving product sell through. The SCIM works across all MX categories - phones, tablets, wearables and audio, resolving service/technical issues, maintaining state compliance and managing the rollout of fixture installations to all stores, covering key operators and retailers including Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, The Valuable Guys, Officeworks and many others.

About You

- Proven installation/technician experience/knowledge
- Proven merchandising and retail experience
- High level of attention to detail
- Effective time management
- Work well in fast changing environments
- Highly organised and an ability to manage difficult situations
- Advanced understanding and knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- A self-starter with exceptional people skills and an influencing style,



you may have gained experience working in diverse multi-cultural backgrounds
- High level time management skills and the ability to work to critical deadlines are imperative
- High level verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills as relationship building and relationship management are high priorities within this team Skills and Experiences:

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualified (preferred)
- Exposure to retail, sales, technology environments is advantageous

Technical
- A wealth of knowledge about technology
- Highly developed negotiation and communication skills
- A passion for the Samsung brand

Essential
- Ability to travel and be away from home approximately twice per quarter for 3 days
- Able to work extended hours
