Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Mining along with Valid SSE ticket
- Experience in mobile and fixed plant operations in the mining industry
- Experience in start-ups or project-to-operations transitions will be highly valued
- Experience at Production Superintendent/Manager level (especially load & haul) in a dynamic mining environment
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations,
executing mine plans and deliver KPIs
- Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the team
