We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team due to continued expansion and increasing project demand.

This role is ideal for a capable, solutions-focused Supervisor with strong experience in insurance building repairs. You will confidently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.





This role will require travel to various locations in the North Queensland Region (vehicle provided).

The Role

- Supervise insurance repair projects from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
- Ensure timelines, quality standards, safety compliance, and KPIs are consistently achieved
- Maintain qualified communication with clients, insurers, trades, and internal stakeholders throughout the repair process
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site and scheduling issues
- Provide estimating support during peak event periods where required
