We are looking for Quarry Operators!

If you know your way around a quarry and enjoy variety in your day, this role has your name on it. We're on the lookout for experienced All Rounder Quarry Operators to join our team full-time at Bruthen Quarry.

This hands-on role will see you operating a range of mobile plant, supporting crushing and screening operations, managing stockpiles, loading out trucks, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the quarry. You'll play an important part in maintaining protected, efficient and productive operations while working within a close-knit team environment.

The Ideal Candidate

- Experience operating a range of quarry mobile plant, such as loaders, excavators, dump trucks and/or other earthmoving equipment

- Sound understanding of quarry operations, including crushing, screening and material handling processes

- Confident managing stockpiles, loading trucks and feeding fixed and mobile plant

- Committed to maintaining a safe, tidy and productive work environment

- Brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude to the job

- Works well independently and communicates effectively within a small team

- Holds a Manual Driver's Licence, White Card and relevant plant tickets/licences

- Demonstrated ability to carry out routine pre-starts and basic machine maintenance
