Orixon is highly engaged with a variety of construction methods specifically Refurbishment works. Orixon has a outstanding pipeline of work, has shown extremely positive growth over the past 10 years, as such we are looking for an Estimator specifically with experience in refurbishment works to join our business.

Qualifications & experience

- Good experience ( Min 1 year) in Estimating in commercial construction with demonstrated experience in the delivery of winning tender submissions ranging up to $ 5K - $ 250K

- Understanding of a variety of construction methodologies

- Experience in Microsoft Office applications,



Experience with Procure will be highly regarded

- Demonstrated experience with Refurbishment, Extension, Fit out works

- Demonstrated experience with Government Tenders and Projects

Tasks & responsibilities

- Analyse Tender documentation, obtain quotes, by estimate and/or by obtaining quoted works, sourcing tender options in line with budget parameters.

- Evaluating, quantifying, and communicating project risk evaluation, as well as providing critical information to the project/site teams regarding projects

- Review and vet all quotes and estimates and make recommendations to Project Manager, assisting PM with programming of works, construction methodologies and suggestions to reduce costs and avoid time delays

- Develop and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with clients, builders, principal contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and our own team!
