About the Role

As Pub Venue Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall performance of the venue, leading daily operations while maintaining high standards across service, people, compliance, and profitability. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for growth, develop your staff, manage costs, and ensure the venue consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on position suited to a manager who enjoys being involved in the operation and understands what it takes to successfully run a busy regional pub.

Your Skills and Experience

- Proven experience managing a busy pub, hotel, club, or similar hospitality venue.
- Strong commercial understanding with experience managing budgets, wage costs, stock, and venue profitability.
- Confident people leader with the ability to recruit, coach, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
- Strong knowledge of responsible service, liquor licensing, workplace health and safety, and operational compliance.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a hands-on approach to leading from the front.
