Description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Infor Pathway system.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Infor Pathway platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on the use of the Infor Pathway system.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements as required.
- Act as a point of contact for technical queries related to the platform.
Profile
A successful Infor Pathway Specialist should have:
- Experience working with the Infor Pathway system and e-pathway system.
- Strong technical skills in system administration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and understand their requirements.
- Knowledge of data security and system integrity practices.
