Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll own the hotel’s procurement function end-to-end. From daily F&B; purchasing to CAPEX sourcing and major supplier contracts, you'll ensure every dollar spent delivers optimal price and quality.
Leading a team of three Purchasing Officers and Storepersons across a four-outlet Food & Beverage operation and high-volume conference and events hotel, you'll be a hands-on leader — coaching your team, managing key supplier relationships, and ensuring every purchasing decision reflects genuine commercial rigour.
This is a highly visible role where your commercial decisions directly influence hotel performance, operational efficiency and the quality of the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement and category management across food, beverage, general goods and CAPEX.
- Drive cost optimisation and delivering agreed annual and category-level savings targets.
- Manage key supplier relationships, contracts, renewals, rebates and performance agreements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of three across Purchasing and Stores.
- Oversee inventory, PAR levels and stock takes across four Food & Beverage outlets and major events.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance through regular reviews, scorecards and corrective action.
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance, including three-way matching and variance investigation.
- Oversee loading dock and receiving operations to ensure accurate, secure and productive goods-in processes.
- Partner closely with Finance, F&B; and Accor Purchasing to secure the best combination of price, quality and service.
