About the role

You'll be responsible for running a high performance location like it's your own business. From team development to sales results and visual presentation, you'll ensure every customer leaves with an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on management role where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate and develop a team of casuals and supervisors

- Drive sales and KPI achievement while maintaining exceptional service standards

- Oversee daily operations including stock management, merchandising, and rostering

- Coach and mentor your team to ensure consistent performance

- Maintain a stylish, on-brand shopping environment

You've worked in fast-paced retail and understand what it takes to lead a team and deliver results. You're confident managing sales, operations, and people, and know how to inspire your team while keeping customers happy.
