The Opportunity

As Branch Manager, you'll take responsibility for the overall performance of the Western Sydney branch. You'll work closely with an experienced sales team, including several long-standing team members, while creating the structure and direction needed to take the branch to its next stage of growth.

The team is established and stable, so this isn't a role where you'll be walking into a business that needs rebuilding. Instead, you'll be joining a solid operation with a strong foundation and be given the opportunity to bring new ideas, develop the team and grow the customer and business portfolio.

A key focus will be providing strong leadership across the branch and identify opportunities to improve sales, service, organisation and overall performance.

Roster: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

What You'll Be Responsible For
* Leading and developing a seasoned core team.
* Driving branch sales performance and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
* Supporting the sales team to achieve targets and build stronger customer relationships.
* Creating a clear commercial strategy to grow the branch's customer and business portfolio.
* Working closely with the senior sales team to strengthen BDM activity and new business development.
* Ensuring strong organisation,



logistics and service standards across the branch.
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and the overall customer experience.
* Building a positive, accountable and collaborative team culture.
* Bringing fresh ideas and a new perspective to an established and experienced team.

What They're Looking For
* Proven experience managing a sales-focused team, branch or retail/commercial operation.
* Strong commercial awareness with a genuine desire to grow a business.
* Excellent organisational and operational skills.
* A natural leader who can earn the respect of an experienced team.
* Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
* Experience across sales, BDM or business development would be highly advantageous.
* Someone who brings fresh ideas, energy and a different perspective.
* A hands-on leadership style with the confidence to make decisions and drive change.

Salary & Benefits
* $100,000-$120,000 + super, depending on experience.
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
* No weekend work or weekend emails.
