Peace of Mind IT is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated Casual IT Support team member to join us for a 6-month contract.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys flexible hours, remote work and also from the office , and has a passion for technology.

What we’re looking for

Experience in Manage Information Technology service provider or equivalent

Robust knowledge of Windows & Mac environments

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Understanding of networking (routers, switches, firewalls)

Familiarity with IP Telephony solutions

Experience with cloud services (Office 365 / Google Workspace)

Cybersecurity awareness & problem-solving skills A customer-first attitude and willingness to learn
