The Keogh Institute for Medical Research is a not-for-profit institute engaged in clinical research in endocrinology and reproductive endocrinology, including “in-house”, NHMRC and pharma-sponsored studies.
We need an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator working 3-4 days per week to help run the conduct of clinical studies, including recruitment of participants, study visits, documentation of results, and safety and adverse event reporting.
The Institute is both a clinical and research Institute. We are a small, friendly Institute located within the Queen Elizabeth II / Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital Complex.

What we need you to do
- Contribute to the running of the Institute's research activities under the direction of the Medical Director
- Recruitment and selection of study participants by determining eligibility
- Ensure compliance with each study protocol
- Perform basic assessment of vital signs, including height, weight, blood pressure
- Documentation of each study visit
- Liaise with sponsors,
medical and research staff, ethics committees and other internal and external parties
- Other related duties as required
Essential Selection Criteria
- Previous experience involving recruitment and coordination of clinical trials
- Experience with on-line case report forms
- Knowledge of Positive Clinical Practice
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Compliance with WA Health Immunisation Policy
- Ability to work independently and within a team
