Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end coordination of workspace projects, ensuring seamless order processing, delivery, and installation
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, fostering effective communication across all stakeholders
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying issues and developing solutions to keep projects on track
- Read and interpret architectural plans to accurately determine product specifications and installation requirements





Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within furniture or interior product sectors
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and building industry processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
