AVANI Adelaide Residences are looking for a friendly, flexible, and guest-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join our team, someone who can confidently assist across both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations on a casual basis
This is a hands-on, agile role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a guest-facing environment. You'll be a key part role in the overall hotel experience, ensuring our guests feel welcome, well cared for, and delighted from check-in to check-out, while also assisting within food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
- Assist with food and beverage service in our café, bar, or during in-room dining
- Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptly
- Deliver orders, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the F&B; area
- Set up and pack down breakfast or function areas as required
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records
Shift Details (subject to change):
- Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
- Shift times scheduled within 7:00am to 11:00pm
- Immediate start available
