About the Role
Hotel Panorama is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. With 77 accommodation rooms and multiple public areas,
the role requires a hands on manager to oversee the daily cleaning of all areas of the Hotel Panorama.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are kept at a consistently high standard of cleanliness
- Coordinate rosters to meet wage budget KPI's
- Manage housekeeping inventory including linen, cleaning supplies and equipment
- Recruit and train recent team members on proper cleaning techniques and hotel standards
- Work with other hotel departments to support overall operations
