As a Disability Support Worker at Kinder Souls, you will be responsible for supporting children with autism to participate in various fun and engaging activities, developing meaningful relationships that can be life-changing for you and your client.

- Act as a role model for children with autism aged 6-16;
- Have the willingness to learn and engage with new strategies;

- Be able to demonstrate patience and sympathy;
- Be motivated by a willingness to help others.

Requirements:

- Driver's licence (P2 or above)
- Access to own vehicle
- Working with Children Check & NDIS check (not needed at time of application)

Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
