Looking for an experienced Support Worker who can provide Personal Care, Domestic Assistance and Social Support services to clients.

Job Description:

- Social Support - Support Worker taking client to the doctor appointments, shopping service etc and providing assistance while doing shopping e.g., packing bags and pushing the shopping trolley.
- Domestic Assistance - Support Worker to assist with general home cleaning tasks e.g., vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom, changing bed linen, laundry tasks etc.
- Personal Care - Support Worker to assist with personal care duties like shower, dressing and grooming when required.
