Essential Eligibility

Role Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, respectful personal care including mobility assistance, bathing support, grooming, and toileting assistance where required
- Assist clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light household chores, shopping, and medication reminders
- Support clients to maintain independence, encouraging participation in community activities and social engagement
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes to supervisors promptly
- Maintain accurate,



timely records of visits and observations using mobile-enabled reporting tools
- Uphold safety standards, infection control procedures, and client confidentiality at all times
