We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to assist a participant located in Toronto, NSW.
This role will commence with approximately 8 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours in the future.
About the Participant
The participant is looking for a support worker who can provide person-centred support while building a positive and trusting relationship. Duties and support requirements will be discussed further with suitable candidates based on the care notes provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily living and community support
- Assist with social and emotional wellbeing
- Support participant independence and engagement in activities
- Maintain professional and respectful communication
- Follow participant care plans and support requirements
Requirements
- Female support worker (participant preference)
- Previous disability support or community care experience preferred
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
