Key Responsibilities

- Work across projects from start to completion, working collaboratively with colleagues and leading teams
- Work closely with project consultants and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
- Oversee & coordinate high quality documentation and details
- Ensure highest quality design is delivered through to the final details and finishes
- Manage your time across multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to deliver to project milestones as scheduled
- To pursue design excellence and innovation
- Implement the processes and procedures in line with best practice

Skills and Experience

- Completed relevant Architectural qualification




- Operating at a level equal to 10+ years professional practice experience
- Architect's Registration and Design Practitioner Registration highly desirable
- ArchiCAD skills essential
- Experience dealing with clients, consultants and approval processes
- Design eye and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Past experience on local mixed-use apartment projects
- Outstanding record for leading projects through all phases
