Process and Reporting Specialist
Who you will be working with
Join a collaborative Corporate Services team focused on strengthening processes, governance and data quality across the organisation. Working closely with procurement and finance leaders, business stakeholders and system owners, you'll become a trusted partner in driving business improvement, supplier risk management and performance reporting while contributing to process and systems improvements, impacting the way the business makes decisions.
Your impact and contribution
Working across supplier lifecycle management, third-party risk, procurement systems and business reporting, you'll identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen third party risk frameworks and ensure data is driving informed decision-making.
This isn't a role where every answer already exists. You'll be someone who has worked in complex PMO environments, enhances performance reporting and enjoys ambiguity, thinks critically and is comfortable investigating issues, collaborating with stakeholders and recommending practical improvements.
Responsibilities
Supplier Management
- Work in partnership with domain experts to maintain accurate supplier records and master data.
- Support supplier onboarding, registration and compliance.
Frameworks
- Assist with maintaining the supplier relationship framework,
promoting consistency, best practice, and continuous improvement.
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of third-party risk management framework, promoting consistency, best practice, and continuous improvement.
Procurement Systems & Process Improvement
- Support procurement systems such as PRISM and other digital platforms.
- Assist with system enhancements, process improvements and digitisation initiatives.
- Work with Product Owners and system stakeholders to improve procurement capabilities.
- Promote consistent procurement practices and data quality across the organisation.
Reporting & Performance
- Maintain procurement spend dashboards and reporting.
- Provide insights into supplier performance and procurement activity.
- Assist with maintaining procurement risk registers and governance reporting.
- Provide advice on supplier management processes, reporting and systems.
Stakeholder Support
- Work with Senior Manager's and build strong relationships across the business and with external suppliers.
- Support business-wide training, coaching and mentoring of the business processes, systems and frameworks
- Collaborate with functional risk owners
Qualifications and experience you will need to be considered
- Previous experience in a PMO, Portfolio Coordination, Project Coordination, Governance or Business Performance role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise wise program governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong experience managing complex risks, issues, actions and governance documentation.
- Advanced reporting and dashboard development skills with strong Excel capability.
- Experience preparing executive reports and performance insights.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exposure to procurement, supplier management or enterprise business systems will be highly regarded.
- Experience with ERP or procurement platforms such as SAP, Ariba or similar is advantageous.
