We're partnering with a leading Australian consultancy, due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Functional Consultant to join their high-performing consulting team.

The Role

As an SAP ECP Functional Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering end-to-end payroll implementations, from solution design through to configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or SAP ECC Payroll




- Lead solution design workshops with stakeholders
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Configure payroll rules, schemas and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation including STP, Superannuation and termination processing
- Deliver high-quality project documentation and functional specifications
- Support testing, deployment and hypercare activities
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practice delivery
- Work closely with project teams and business stakeholders throughout implementation

Essential Experience

- Hands-on SAP ECP and/or SAP ECC Payroll configuration experience
- Robust expertise configuring Payroll Rules and Schemas
- Experience delivering end-to-end payroll implementations
- Excellent understanding of Australian payroll legislation (STP, Superannuation, Terminations)
- Experience facilitating design workshops with business stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across medium to large enterprise projects
- Australian working rights
