We're looking for an experienced Drafting Associate who takes pride in producing high-quality shop drawings and enjoys taking ownership of the drafting process. We're looking for someone with a leader's mindset—someone who naturally takes responsibility, drives high standards, and is always looking for better ways of doing things.This role sits at the centre of our project delivery team and plays a critical part in moving projects from concept through to manufacture and installation. You'll work closely with our drafting team, project managers, and pre-construction team to ensure drawings are accurate, practical, and delivered on time.Beyond drafting, you'll also gain exposure to project coordination by assisting with the planning, communication, and flow of projects through production and installation. Key ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate, high-quality shop drawings using CorelDRAW.Take ownership of the shop drawing process to ensure drawings are completed accurately and on schedule.Work closely with our in-house and offshore drafting team to maintain consistency and quality.Collaborate with the Pre-Construction team to ensure drawings are practical, buildable, and aligned with project requirements.Support Project Managers throughout project delivery by assisting with drawing revisions, RFIs, approvals, and project documentation.Assist with project coordination by helping manage project information, tracking drawing approvals, and supporting the smooth progression of projects through production and installation.Liaise with production and installation teams to ensure drawings reflect practical manufacturing and installation requirements.Be a trusted point of contact for drafting-related queries across the business.Contribute to the ongoing improvement of drafting standards, templates, systems, and processes.

About youYou'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems,



and working collaboratively to achieve great outcomes. You take pride in your work, communicate well with others, and have a practical understanding of how quality drawings contribute to successful project delivery.You'll ideally have:Experience in a drafting role.Strong CorelDRAW skills (essential).Experience producing shop drawings for fabrication or construction.A practical understanding of manufacturing and installation processes.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with an ownership mindset.Experience within the signage, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry (highly regarded).
