Working out of a compact converted shipping container kitchen, around the corner from busy South Beach.
This role is customer facing and involves making our range of bagels during busy services, taking orders, plus standard kitchen duties (eg. food prep, restocking and cleaning).
Our ideal candidate has experience working solo on grill + fryer, line cooking, can work calmly under pressure and is comfortable with frequent customer interactions.
As we head into our busy summer period later this year, the role has potential to grow into a kitchen leadership position.
