About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Painter / Protective Coatings Applicator who takes pride in producing exceptional work.
This isn't just another painting job.
We're looking for someone who wants to become an significant part of a growing company and eventually help lead projects and mentor others.

Your Responsibilities
- Apply epoxy, polyurethane and polyaspartic coating systems
- Concrete preparation including grinding and repairs
- Industrial and commercial painting
- Maintain high quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Work safely and efficiently on residential and commercial projects
- Assist in leading projects and supporting other team members
- Communicate professionally with customers and builders
- Help maintain equipment, vehicles and site organisation
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in industrial painting, protective coatings or epoxy flooring
- Takes genuine pride in producing high-quality work
- Is reliable and shows up every day
- Can work independently while also leading others when required
- Has excellent communication skills
- Wants to build a long-term career rather than just another job
- Holds a current driver's licence (essential)
- White Card (essential)
- High Risk Licence, EWP, Forklift or Working at Heights (advantage but not essential)
