About the role:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Store Person to join our Perth operations. This is a hands-on, operational role supporting the efficient handling, movement, and tracking of freight within our warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Sorting, handling, and staging freight for dispatch and delivery
- Scanning freight using COPE’s track and trace system
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and trolleys
- Following safety procedures and operating tools to ensure efficient workflows
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily operational requirements
What you will bring to this role:
- A solid work ethic and a self-motivated approach
- A current and valid forklift licence is essential for this role
- Flexibility with working hours and operational requirements
- Experience in the freight industry or removals environment is preferred but not essential
- Confidence in adapting to new systems and technology
- Good physical fitness with previous experience in manual or physical labour roles
- Attention to detail, including working with paperwork and consignment notes
