Role Description The Associate Body Corporate Manager role is a full-time, in office only, position based in Southport, QLD.
This role supports the management of Owners Corporations, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and building by-laws. The Associate Body Corporate Manager will handle day-to-day communication with property owners, residents, and service providers, respond to queries, and assist with resolving building and community issues.
The role includes organizing maintenance and repairs,



issueing of work orders, liaising with contractors, tracking budgets and levies, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior managers to deliver high-quality strata management services and contribute to a positive client experience.
Qualifications Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, meeting coordination, and record-keeping.Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.Basic financial and budgeting skills, including understanding levies, invoices, and expenditure tracking.Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a practical approach to handling building and community issues.Knowledge of or willingness to learn strata and body corporate legislation and compliance requirements.Proficiency in standard office software and property management systems or CRM platforms.Ability to work in office in Southport, QLD, both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Relevant experience in strata management, property management, real estate, or a related field is highly regarded.Formal qualification in property, business, real estate, or a related discipline is an advantage but not mandatory.previous use of Stratamax & StrataVote an advantage
