URGENT Locum needed to start as soon as possible until August to work in 2 pharmacies. Must be familiar with LOTS dispense. This town is in the South Coast Region of WA, approx 590 km southeast of Perth CBD and 160km west of Esperance. The locum must be able to cover the whole period for continuity. Please note that during the period from 4th May to 1 August, you are required to work 3.5 days per week on Monday to Wednesday and Saturday only.
Dates & Times:
Period 1 : As soon as possible to Saturday 2nd May (Both Store 1 & 2)
Period 2 : Monday 4th May to Saturday 1st August (Store 1 only)
Period 3 : Monday 3rd August to Friday 21st August (Both Store 1 & 2)
Monday – Wednesday: 9.00am - 5.00pm : Store 1
Thursday – 9.30am - 5.00pm: Store 2
Friday – 9.30am - 3.30pm : Store 2
Saturday – 9.00am -12.00pm: Store 1
99 cents/km (one return trip from the pharmacist's home to the pharmacy) and paid fuel expense paid during the contract with pharmacies
Accommodation provided - it is a shared accommodation, which will potentially be with another female Intern - TBC
Pharmacy Setting
You will be working as Sole Pharmacist, they are using Lots Dispense
20-90 scripts on weekdays (Store 2 is significantly quieter)
20-30 scripts on Saturdays
Staff support for half a day
Professional Services
Your responsibilities will include check webster in both stores
17 Websters to check (Store 1)
4 Websters to check (Store 2)
2 CPOP patients (Store 2)
Additional Information
Must be able to use Lots Dispense.
A white Pharmacist coat is required.
