The Role
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (occasional Saturdays)
- Primarily based at the owner's luxury residence
- Oversee maintenance across multiple private properties
- Hands on role carrying out minor maintenance and repairs
- Obtain and manage quotations
- Coordinate and supervise contractors for larger projects
- Liaise directly with the stake holders
- Ensure all properties are maintained to an exceptional standard
Ideal Candidate
We are ideally seeking someone who has:
- Owned and operated their own building, handyman, carpentry, maintenance or trade-related business, or
- Held a Management role within the building, construction,
maintenance or facilities industry.
Preferred Experience
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Plastering
- General property maintenance
- Contractor management
- Strong administration and communication skills

Recruitment Process
Due to the nature of the role, successful candidates must:
- Pass a Federal Police Check
- Pass a Fitness Assessment
- Pass a Drug & Alcohol Test
- Complete a 3-stage interview process
Final interview will be conducted with the Stake Holders.
