This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who priorities the customer experience and is eager to learn the ropes of a specialised industry. While call centre experience is a bonus, your attitude, communication skills, and drive are what matter most to us.
THE ROLE:
- Pay Rate: $37 - $43 per hour + super.
- Location: Perth
- Duration: 6-month initial contract with strong potential to extend.
- Hours: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical and general enquiries. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Providing accurate advice and assistance via a dedicated industry helpdesk.
- Recording customer details, feedback, and complaints with high attention to detail.
- Distributing technical publications, forms, and brochures to stakeholders.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of helpdesk systems and manuals.
- Building qualified relationships with internal teams and external industry partners.
