CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for a major mining and construction project located near Darwin, NT.

This role will suit a hands-on HSE Advisor with strong experience in mining, civil construction and infrastructure project delivery, ideally within operational mining and large-scale construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across siteEnsure compliance with WHS legislation, site procedures and project requirementsConduct site inspections, audits and workplace risk assessmentsReview and assess SWMS, JSAs and contractor safety documentationParticipate in incident investigations and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate HSE records, reports and compliance documentationDeliver site inductions and support toolbox talks and safety meetingsProvide practical HSE advice and support to supervisors, contractors and workersMonitor environmental compliance, including waste management and spill responseTrack and report HSE performance metrics and compliance activitiesSupport emergency response planning and site preparednessBuild positive working relationships with stakeholders to drive safe work practices across the project

Our Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience as an HSE Advisor within mining, civil construction, resources or major infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and compliance requirementsExperience conducting site audits, inspections,



investigations and safety reportingAbility to influence and promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the workforceConfident reviewing SWMS, JSAs and contractor safety documentationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesCurrent White CardCurrent Driver's Licence Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or higher) Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running with minimal supervision
