This role is perfect for school leavers, university students, or anyone starting out who wants to build a long-term career in property and sales. You don't need experience — we'll train you from the ground up.

You'll work closely with experienced agents, gain real industry exposure, and learn what it takes to succeed in real estate.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Assisting sales agents with listings, home opens, and client meetings

- Learning how property deals happen from listing to settlement

- Generating leads through calls, door knocking, database follow-ups, and leveraging social media platforms, community connections, and local sponsorship opportunities.

- Helping coordinate marketing campaigns and property launches

- Supporting open homes and buyer inspections

- Maintaining client databases and assisting with daily sales tasks

- Learning real estate systems, negotiation processes, and industry tools

This role gives you real hands-on experience in property sales, not just office admin.

For the right candidate, Nexus Realty can support and sponsor the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, the qualification required to become a licensed real estate professional in Western Australia. - A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Experience in real estate or sales is a bonus but not required.
