Dunes Beach Resort (by Eco Resorts) is preparing to open Perth’s newest beachfront destination a 38‑villa coastal resort featuring Sandara (our signature modern Australian restaurant), an oceanfront kiosk/café, a lively alfresco bar, a nostalgic retro bar, and one of WA’s most exciting current wedding and event venues.

Roles We Are Hiring

Bartender

Craft and serve quality cocktails, beers, wine, and beverages across our alfresco bar, retro bar, and event spaces. Bring energy and knowledge to every pour and help create a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Barista

Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages at our oceanfront kiosk/café. Deliver consistent, high-quality drinks with speed, care, and a warm, welcoming approach that sets the tone for every guest’s day.

Food and Beverage Attendant

Deliver outstanding service across our restaurant, bars, kiosk, and event spaces. Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure every guest interaction reflects our relaxed coastal hospitality.





Duty Manager

Oversee daily front of house operations across our outlets and events. Lead and support the team, resolve guest concerns, and ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery. Ideal for experienced hospitality leaders ready to help shape a brand-new opening team.
