Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

Elevate every guest: Bring energy and warmth to every interaction — make every visit feel personalCraft standout drinks: Mix, garnish and serve to recipe standards with flair and consistencyRun a tight bar: Keep stock, glassware and perishables organised for seamless serviceHandle payments smoothly: Process cash, cards, vouchers and gifts through the POS with accuracyManage quality & inventory: Monitor freshness, track stock and keep the bar at its bestUphold safety standards: Lead responsible alcohol service and maintain health & sanitation compliance

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications





Have a minimum of 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, or Senior Bartender within a hotel, restaurant, or premium bar environmentStrong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage operationsA passion for delivering exceptional guest serviceProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a teamStrong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skillsExperience managing stock control and bar operationsCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificationFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
