About the Role:

You will play a key role in our modern, well-established practice, providing essential support to our general practitioners, nursing team and patients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Welcome and assist patients with enquiries and appointments.

- Answer and respond to telephone enquiries courteously and professionally.

- Accurately process patient payments via cash, EFTPOS, and direct bill transactions.

- Ensure the accurate storage and retrieval of patient personal and financial information.

- Support the day-to-day operations of the medical centre.

What We're Looking For:

Essentials:

- Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.





- Meticulous Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in documentation, appointment scheduling, and filing.

- Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in using medical software is essential.

- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and proactive approach to work.

Highly Regarded:

- Prior Experience: Previous experience in an accredited general practice is preferred.

- Software Proficiency: Experience using Best Practice software is a significant advantage.

- Relevant Experience: Retail experience may be beneficial.
