About the role

As our new Maintenance Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for managing schedules, supporting our team,



and ensuring customers receive the high-quality service we’re known for.

What we’re looking for:

- Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- Great knowledge of Perth and surrounding suburbs

- Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)

- A team player who can also work independently

What you’ll bring:

- Previous administration, rostering, or scheduling experience (trade industry experience a bonus, but not essential)

- Strong customer service background

- A willingness to learn and focus on continuous improvement

- Solid computer and technology skills (including Microsoft Office suite)
