What We're Looking For:
- A proven track record of successfully delivering complex change management or business transition programs within large enterprise environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills,
with the ability to build immediate rapport across all corporate levels.
- Demonstrated experience designing structured training plans, user adoption models, and communication campaigns.
- A proactive, self-driven approach, with the agility to manage independent work packages within broader project structures.
- Prior experience supporting offshore, global, or decentralised operating model transitions is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, PCI, or similar change methodology) are well regarded.
